Demo Championship Terms and Conditions

Competition Trading Periods
The first competition of the Demo Trading Championship will begin on Wednesday 6^th of April and end on Friday 29^th of April. The following competitions will start every first Monday of each month at 12 p.m. Cyprus Local Time (GMT+2) and end every last Friday of each month at 12 p.m. Cyprus Local Time (GMT+2) from May until December 2011.

Entry Requirements

Participants who have registered for the Demo Trading Championship will be eligible to participate in all 9 competitions.

Aim of the Competitions

To achieve the highest balance as possible of the Demo Standard trading account, taking part in the Competitions ("competition account"), and win one out of the three monthly prizes.

Competitions and Trading Conditions

• One (1) competition account per participant;
• Each competition account will be credited with US$ 10,000, virtual money;
• Each competition account should close a minimum of 50 standard lots within a minimum of 50 transactions;
• No scalping strategies;
• No sniping strategies;
• All open positions held in participants' competition accounts will be automatically liquidated on the "end date" of each competition and competition accounts will be disabled from further trading, in order to check results. Balances of competition accounts will automatically be reset with US$ 10,000 virtual money for next month's competition.

Determination of the Monthly Competition Winners

The top three monthly winners will be the participants with the highest balances in their competition accounts (after closing all open positions as per the "end date" specified above)

• 1^st place winner: first highest balance;
• 2^nd place winner: second highest balance;
• 3^rd place winner: third highest balance;

In cases where two or more competition accounts achieve the same balance, the competition account with the highest number of closed standard lots will be declared the winner amongst the two.

Note: After the announcement of the winners, participants will have a time period of 2 days to dispute the results and request the results of their competition accounts to be rechecked. Should no dispute be received within 2 days, the published results will be deemed final.

Only one prize per participant. Participants who have won a prize during any competition of the Demo Trading Championship, have the right to participate in the following competitions however they will not be able to qualify more than once as a winner.

Prizes
The top three monthly winners of each competition within the Demo Trading Championship, will win prizes worth US$ 3,000 as balances for Mini Trading Accounts.

• 1^st place winner: Mini Trading Account worth US$ 1,500
• 2^nd place winner: Mini Trading Account worth US$ 1,000
• 3^rd place winner: Mini Trading Account worth US$ 500

Prize Claiming Conditions

Winners are requested to provide the following documents within 1 month after the announcement of the competition results in order to open Mini Trading Accounts and obtain their prize:

• Signed copy of a valid identification document (ID or passport)
• Proof of address not older than 6 months (i.e. utility bill or bank statement, etc)
• Contact Details (residence & correspondence address, telephone number, etc)
• Banking details (bank name, address, & account number)

NOTE: Winners will be able to withdraw funds from their Mini Trading Accounts once they have closed the following minimum number of lots:

• 300 Mini lots (1^st place winner)
• 200 Mini lots (2^nd place winner)
• 100 Mini lots (3^rd place winner)

First 5 trades must be closed within one month from the date of activation of the Mini Trading Account.

Use of Competition for Promotional Purposes
By participating in the Demo Trading Championship, participants acknowledge that Windsor Brokers Ltd ("Windsor") can publish their details and/or trading records during and after the Demo Trading Championship.

During the Demo Trading Championship, the results of the top 10 participants of each competition will be published on Windsor's website, on a weekly basis or as frequently as Windsor deems necessary. These weekly results will include the participants' competition account numbers, balance and the country where the participants are situated. In cases where the participants do not want their details published on Windsor's website, a written request should be sent to marketing@windsorbrokersltd.com in order for such information to be excluded. However, in such cases, the participants will be disqualified from the Demo Trading Championship.

After each competition has ended, the winners' first / last names, competition account numbers, balance and the country where the participants are situated, will be published on Windsor's website for as long as Windsor deems necessary. In cases where the winners refuse to have the above information and/or trading records published on Windsor's website, they will lose the right to obtain the prizes.

Disentitlement
In cases of any indiscretion in trading, overleveraging, misuse of orders where "scalping" may be involved, such transactions will be not be taken into consideration and may even be removed from participants' competition accounts. Windsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the rules of the competition or applying inappropriate trading strategies.

Communication Delays
Windsor will not be held responsible for any delays in the acceptance and/or transmission of orders due to a breakdown and/or failure of transmission and/or communication facilities, and/or for any other cause beyond their reasonable control or anticipation.

Postponement or Cancellation
Windsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend or postpone the competition periods, to cancel the Demo Trading Championship and/or to reject any participant's application if determined that such action is reasonable and/or necessary.

Competition Terms

Windsor reserves the right to amend or waive any rule during and after this Demo Trading Championship.

The Demo Trading Championship will abide by the same rules applying to clients' trading account agreements signed with Windsor.

Participants may request to be excluded from the competition in cases where they do not agree to have their information published on Windsor's website, by emailing their request to: marketing@windsorbrokersltd.com

In cases where the Demo Trading Championship terms and conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail as the official language.

Windsor's employees, service providers, associates, producers and/or suppliers associated with this competition as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Demo Trading Championship.
